One person injured in shooting involving troops on I-75 in Collier County

COLLIER COUNTY
The Florida Highway Patrol said one person was injured in an officer-involved shooting on I-75 northbound in Collier County on Sunday.
Soldiers said they responded to the call to serve near mile marker 103, just north of Exit 101 on I-75. While investigating, FHP said a shooting involving soldiers resulted in someone at the scene being injured.
FHP says a person is being treated for their injury. They said that the soldier involved was not injured.
I-75 heading north was closed at Exit 101 while troops investigated.
