LSU failed to record another famous win as Oklahoma took home the title ahead of Florida in second and Utah in third.
But Dunne posted a picture with her entire team holding their fourth-place trophy and said she was “extremely proud”.
And she was in a photo with Arenas and two other teammates.
Arenas described the neighborhood as “besties for life”.

And she also posted a touching message with a team photo on her Instagram stories.
Elena wrote: “So proud of this team, our fight and our perseverance.
“I love each of you with all my heart. Geaux Tigers.”
Dunne and Arenas have been inseparable in LSU’s magical run to the finals all year.
The couple always comment on each other’s social media posts to publicly show their affection.
And they often team up for TikTok videos, with fans calling them “the best duo on the internet.”
After graduation, they will soon go their separate ways.
But it looks like they’re staying in touch, having formed a close friendship.
