Olivia Dunne and Elena Arenas stun in LSU jerseys as they cheer for their teammates in their best win of the season

LSU gymnasts and social media sensations Olivia Dunne and Elena Arenas gave their full support to the Tigers on Friday.

The Baton Rouge-based athletes were on hand to cheer on their ninth-placed Tigers as they defeated seventeenth-placed Georgia in Louisiana.

Ahead of the event, 20-year-old Dunne posted behind-the-scenes photos as she prepared for the competition in her iridescent purple and yellow jersey.

Sporting black winged eyeliner and an LSU logo on her cheek, she later posted a celebratory selfie with the caption, “Tiger Dub!”

She followed that by treating her 7million TikTok followers to a video of her transitioning from a gray tank top to a competitive streak while lip-synching herself to the audio.

Arenas, 21, also took to Instagram and posted a shot, also in her LSU outfit and sleek black eyeliner, and captioned her shot in the dressing room, “Let’s geaux!”

It was a good night for the Tigers, who beat the Bulldogs 197,700-196,925, which LSU said was a season high.

The win came in front of over 12,000 fans just weeks after Dunne had to beg her fans to keep quiet at events.

She tweeted: “I will always appreciate and love the support from you guys but when you come to a meeting I would like to ask you to be respectful to the other gymnasts and the gymnastics community as we are just doing our job [heart emoji]”

This came after rioting college fans rallied outside one of their meetings in Utah. To sing for Dunne and repeatedly, and sometimes aggressively, asking where she is.

Unfortunately for fans hoping to catch a glimpse of Dunne or Arenas, who compete on Friday, neither of them saw anything.

However, they witnessed Aleah Finnegan’s first perfect ten on the floor.

Dunne is currently on the road to recovery after sustaining a labrum tear.

She recently assured fans she would be “back soon” after her injury left her in protective boots throughout January.

Dunne is one of the highest-earning collegiate athletes in the country, with an On3 rating of $3.2 million a year.
