Ohio “gunman” Stephen Marlow’s chilling altercations with neighbors were exposed before he “executed” four in two different homes.

An Ohio man accused of shooting dead four people before releasing haunting brainwashing video allegedly had chilling clashes with neighbors, sources say.

Stephen Marlow, 39, was taken into custody Saturday in Kansas, more than 600 miles from where the victims were found shot dead the day before in Butler Township, Ohio.

The suspected gunman was arrested after an elderly couple and a mother and daughter were found shot dead in two separate homes, police said.

Investigators were also made aware of a chilling video circulating on social media of Marlow, which they believe was taken after the shooting.

In the haunting footage, Marlow claims he was a victim of “mind control” and references the shootings, which he views as “executions.”

The victims were identified Saturday as Clyde Knox, 82; his wife Eva Knox, 78; Sarah Anderson, 41, and her daughter Kayla Anderson, 15, of the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Now investigators are revealing more information about the alleged shooter, including his behavior towards neighbors over the past few months.

Marlow graduated from the University of Kentucky at Lexington and lived and worked as a trader in Chicago from 2006 to 2018, according to a background check by the Dayton Daily News.

He was last living with his parents in a house on Haverstraw Avenue, one of the streets where some of the shooting took place, police said.

An anonymous neighbor has revealed some disturbing behavior that allegedly took place while Marlow was living with his family.

“He yelled at her and said, ‘Keep the noise down, you’re too loud in this neighborhood,'” the man told the Dayton Daily News.

The neighbor added that he did not witness this personally, but heard about it from others in the neighborhood.

“They said he did that all the time. He yelled at you when you were outside,” the neighbor said.

Marlow was released from parole in February on charges of aggravated burglary and facing serious charges in a July 2019 incident in Dayton before the shooting.

He was charged with breaking into a home on Damian Street in Vandalia and harming a person with a gun, records from the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court show, according to the Dayton Daily News.

Marlow was ordered to undergo a psychiatric evaluation at the start of his parole and was under close supervision through December 2020, according to court records.

CHILLING ‘EXECUTION’

The victims of Friday’s shooting were tragically discovered as police responded to reports of shots being fired just before noon on Friday, Butler Township Police Chief John Porter said.

Police found four people with gunshot wounds at several crime scenes. All were pronounced dead on arrival.

Eva and Clyde Knox were found dead at their Hardwick Place home, while Sarah Anderson and her daughter Kayla were found dead shortly thereafter, Porter said during a news conference.

The latest victim, 15-year-old Kayla, was a high school student who Superintendent Robert O’Leary described as a “ray of light,” WHIO reported.

Pastors, youth ministers and therapists will be available to students who need them, O’Leary said.

On Friday, Marlow was charged with four counts of first-degree murder in Montgomery County, police said.

A federal arrest warrant was issued for Marlow by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio on Saturday after he was charged with unlawfully fleeing to avoid prosecution, the FBI said.

It’s unclear if Marlow will face any further charges at this point.
