NIPSEY Hussle’s alleged killer reportedly kicked the rapper in the head as his bullet-riddled body lay on the parking lot floor.
Prosecutors argued that suspect Eric Holder’s kick to Nipsey’s head showed his March 2019 assault was personal.
The grim details were revealed Wednesday in a Los Angeles courtroom as the trial of Nipsey’s alleged killer began.
Assistant District Attorney John McKinney told jurors that after Holder opened fire, he walked over to Nipsey and told him, “You’re done.”
Prosecutors said Nipsey replied, “You got me,” before Holder walked away from the scene.
Nipsey, 33, born Ermias Davidson Asghedom, was gunned down outside his Marathon clothing store in south LA on March 31, 2019.
