Niece Waidhofer, 31, was an OnlyFans star who tried to SUE over stolen lingerie pics before tragically committing suicide

INFLUENCER’s niece Waidhofer – who took her own life – was an OnlyFans star who tried to SUE for stolen lingerie pics before her tragic death, The Sun can reveal.
The 31-year-old model was found dead at her home in Houston, Texas this month, her family has confirmed, after she worried fans by removing most of her social media activity.

Niece, real name Deniece Waidhofer, had 4.2 million followers on Instagram, including Snoop Dogg, and her page now only has three photos.
She was also a top OnlyFans star, selling sexy lingerie photos of herself online to millions of subscribers, some of whom paid up to $1,000 for adult content.
Niece’s account appears to have been deleted before her death, but her website – with X-rated pictures of her – is still active and links to her OnlyFans work.
The Sun can reveal that the star has struggled working in the adult industry and previously tried to sue a website called Thothub over her stolen photos.

She filed the lawsuit along with other Top OnlyFans creators back in 2020, claiming the issue damaged her reputation and caused financial damage.
The complaint read: “This is an action to stop a pirate website called Thothub, its members and co-conspirators from continuing to distribute digital content stolen from Waidhofer […] and to hold Thothub and his co-conspirators accountable for the exploitation of Waidhofer’s work and body for their own purposes.”
It continues: “The defendants show Waidhofer’s content on Thothub and describe her to millions of viewers as a dehumanized sex object who lacks control and agency over her works and body, how her works and body is used and by whom.
“After Waidhofer’s published and unpublished works were featured on Thothub and downloaded by many of its million+ members, they were widely shared across the internet and seen by millions.
“This has caused personal, reputational and financial damage to Waidhofer and will continue to do so.”
The submission added, “Thothub is playing around with this successful business model by releasing the photos and other unpublished nudes for free.”
According to the lawsuit, written by attorney Brett S. Rosenthal of the law firm Reese Marketos, her earnings rank her in the top 1 percent of all OnlyFans users.
Her OnlyFans page said “no nudes” according to the original complaint, but she did direct message some semi-nude pics to individual subscribers, which also ended up on thothub.
After the lawsuit was filed, the site quickly removed all images of Waidhofer before shutting it down, although The Sun can reveal it’s live again.
LEGAL BATTLE
Waidhofer and other plaintiffs also sought to prosecute Cloudfare for providing services to Thothub, and porn sites Chaturbate and BangBros for advertising on the site.
The content stars later dropped the lawsuit, according to documents, and a settlement was not agreed.
The model was known for sharing risqué photos with self-deprecating captions on Instagram, and she’s even alluded to her mental health issues in posts over the years.
In a since-deleted post, she shared, “Don’t worry, the nose ring is fake, as is basically everything about me except my personality.
“You know, I think, one minute, between the antidepressants and the controlled seizures, I’ve come to the conclusion that my personality is also being boosted, dammit, everything about me is wrong now.”
The niece’s family revealed to TMZ that she took her own life after a long battle with mental health issues.

“She has been very open with her followers about her struggles and even wanted to help followers who have also suffered,” they said.
Cops told TMZ they received a call from a relative to check on the niece at her home.
