The NFL running back clashed with Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick early in the second quarter of Monday’s Week 2 clash.
Slow-motion footage showed Chubb’s knee bending in a horrific way after the collision with Fitzpatrick.
After the four-time Pro Bowler was injured, NFL fans on social media claimed they could hear the former second-round pick screaming in pain.
The crowd at Acrisure Stadium also gasped loudly after the play was shown on surrounding screens.
And MNF spokesmen said ESPN would not show the replay live on television, with Joe Buck saying: “It wasn’t good.”
