NFL star Russell Wilson’s physique transformation became apparent as the Denver Broncos star dropped 15 pounds in off-season practice

NFL star quarterback Russell Wilson lost quite a bit of weight at the start of the regular season.
The 34-year-old Denver Broncos signal caller revealed to media member Kay Adams that he’s lost 15 pounds.
Wilson, who is now beginning his second season in Denver, told Adams about the weight loss process.
Wilson said: “I’m trying to get lean as soon as possible. I try to stay in my younger years for as long as possible.”
“I feel great.”
In Wilson’s debut season with the Broncos, the team looked out of shape, ending with a pathetic 5-12 record.

Wilson easily ended the worst NFL season of his decade-plus career.
The star quarterback continued to Adams, “I’ve completely changed my timing of when I eat.”
“I did a lot of intermittent fasting.”
The media representative then asked Wilson which guilty pleasure he missed the most, to which he replied macaroni and cheese.

During the offseason, the Broncos hired Sean Payton as head coach to replace Nathaniel Hackett and his errors.
However, after what was seen in their preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals, there’s a lot more to fix.
Battling the Cardinals midway through the second quarter, Wilson and some starters struggled to score.
In most cases, the starters do not enter the field until the last week of the preseason.
Eventually, Wilson led the Broncos to a touchdown scoring drive and finished the day with 93 yards and a touchdown, but the team dropped their opener.
They lost to the Cardinals 18-17.
