The head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine considers the spelling of the Russian Federation with capital letters to be a mistake.

The Ministry of Education and Science, in one of its orders, changed its mind about writing the name of Russia in lowercase letters, since such a document would not have been registered by the Ministry of Justice.
The head of the Ministry of Education and Science, Oksen Lisovy, wrote on his Facebook page that “the spelling of “RF” with a capital letter is an error, but a requirement of the standard design.” “Without such a correction, the Ministry of Justice would have our Order not registered…” the officer remarked.
The minister explained that it is a document that determines the specifics of teaching students from Ukraine abroad.
