New Enemies Revealed in Elden Ring Leak

Elden Ring is shaping up to be the most anticipated product launch of the year. From what we’ve seen so far, it seems to be the culmination of everything the developer has worked on so far. This statement can have many meanings depending on the developer in question, but the fact that I’m referring to FromSoftware makes it a nightmarish thought.

ONE new leak gave us a look at some of the nightmares we’ll have to face at the game’s launch. These leaks are most likely due to datamine of the November network test.

The first is the Crucible Knight, who is – according to what the video’s description suggests – one of the 16 who served Godfrey, the first Elden Lord. He looks like a knight in anthropomorphic armor with a longsword and shield, but veteran Soulslike players will know that’s the scariest ones.

He starts with some regular slash and stab attacks and then goes on to do an effective ground smash. All of that seems pretty normal until he shoots into the air, sprouts shiny golden wings, and begins swooping down on the player. And if that weren’t enough, upon landing, he materializes a shiny golden scorpion tail to perform a 360-degree swing attack. Classic FromSoftware software.

These aren’t the only enemies we’ve got to see, as the leak has revealed several more in other videos. Have you ever annoyed a human-sized eagle so much that it hurled a barrel of dynamite at you? Yes, you will be in the Elden Ring. And if you have a chance to survive the explosion, be sure to watch out for the twin swords attached to its feet. Another video shows the player walking through several catacombs, battling what looks like several swords wielding rage and oversized head grenades.

But the scariest moment comes in the final eight seconds of the video. The player was crossing a narrow bridge, when what looked like a monster made up of several warriors gathered together landed right in front of them. First, another one lands behind the player, trapping them on a narrow surface, between the two terrors.
