Fury celebrated wildly in the ring after two judges scored 76-73 in his favor while the other favored Paul 75-74.
He then burst into tears and declared he would accept a rematch if Paul wanted it, before the American made a series of excuses for his loss.
Fury secured a £4m purse for the blockbuster Middle East showdown.
But he could have walked away with £8million if he had accepted Paul’s offer during the week.
Paul rocked a deal for Fury to sign after they previously placed a double-or-nothing bet that the Brit would either take home £8million or leave empty-handed.
However, Fury ultimately refused to put pen to paper as he stuck by his agreed £4million payday.
And after the fight ended, his father John lost his cool when quizzed about it.
In footage shared by Bet R fighta reporter asks John: “The world wants to know about the deal that has been proposed.”

As Logan Paul, Jake’s brother, grimaced behind him, John said, “Let’s talk boxing, that’s why we’re here.”
The journalist replied, “It’s certainly a deal about boxing.”
Just for John to reply, “I’m concentrating.”
The footage then skips a few moments where John is about to give up his media duties, only for him to be asked about the deal again.
This time he yells angrily, “Why don’t you shut up? Little video boy.
“Just shut up, boy, little nobody.”
At this point, a person steps between John and the camera and says, “I’m his manager, so walk away.”
Then Logan jumps back in and says, “I’m curious about, I’m curious about.”
