NBA star says he ‘never liked LeBron James’ game’ as basketball fans accuse him of being ‘salty’

LEBRON James may be one of the NBA’s GOATs, but that doesn’t mean he was everyone’s hero growing up.
Oklahoma City Thunder All-Star guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, 24, recently admitted he wasn’t a fan of James’ game, leading to him being labeled “salty.”

Speaking to Pass The Rock, Gilgeous-Alexander explained, “I never liked it [LeBron’s] Game.
“When I was younger he was just super athletic for me, I wasn’t.
“He was 6ft 8 and super strong, and neither was I.”
Gilgeous-Alexander’s comments about the nineteen-time NBA All-Star have divided fans on Twitter.

One claimed: “He’s salty about the All-Star game. Lol.”
Another said: “To say he has no skills but he’s still 10 times the player you will ever be LMFAO.”
While one commented in comparison: “Nothing disrespectful just an honest opinion”
Irreverent or just plain blunt and honest, Gilgeous-Alexander’s comments come during what is arguably his best season since being drafted 11th overall in 2018.
In 61 games this season, he’s averaged a career/team-high 31.4 points and 35.6 minutes per game, along with 4.6 rebounds and 5.5 assists.
In the meantime, James became the all-time leading scorer in the NBA earlier this seasonsurpasses Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
In 47 games this season, he’s averaged 29.5 points, 8.4 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 36.1 minutes per game.
