Nasa prepares to make major ‘UFO’ announcement TODAY in the search for alien life

NASA will release the results of a major report on “unidentified anomalous phenomena” (UAP) today.
UAP are “events in the sky that cannot be scientifically identified as aircraft or known natural phenomena,” according to the US space agency.

However, there are currently very few recorded cases of high-quality UAP observations.
This makes it “impossible” to draw firm scientific conclusions about their nature, NASA said in a brief statement ahead of the announcement.
A live media briefing led by NASA chief Bill Nelson and other executives begins at 3:00 p.m. BST (10:00 a.m. EDT) at headquarters in Washington.
The report was commissioned by NASA in June last year, following a public discussion on UFOs in the US Congress in May, during which it was revealed that there had been over 400 UAP sightings.
The 2022 hearing also saw UFO videos played to members of Congress, with one showing a fast-moving spherical object and another showing what looked like a perfect triangle glowing green in the sky.
The UAP report aims to find scientific explanations for the phenomena and how we can use the data and tools available to us today to learn more about them.
In May last year, it was revealed that UAPs can move, unlike man-made objects or vehicles.
At a similar congressional hearing in July this year, former military officials shared shocking details about a so-called UFO recovery program that claimed UAPs were the result of “vastly superior” technology.
There have been increasing calls for transparency in recent years as people seek answers about the possibilities of extraterrestrial life.
“UAPs, whatever they may be, can pose a serious threat to our military and civilian aircraft, and that must be understood,” Democratic Rep. Robert Garcia of California said in the July hearing.
“There must be a safe and transparent reporting process for pilots on both the commercial and military sides to report UAPs.”
“We should encourage more reporting on UAPs, not less.
“The more we understand, the safer we will be.”
Fermi paradox – what is it?
This is what you need to know…
- The Fermi Paradox is not strict proof of extraterrestrial life – but rather a thought experiment
- It is a famous contradiction put forward by the physicist Enrico Fermi
- Fermi suspected that the vast size of the universe – and the billions of sun-like stars in the galaxy and their planets – made it very likely that there was intelligent life out there
- Some of these civilizations may have developed interstellar travel
- But Fermi also noted that there is a significant lack of evidence of life on other planets
- The chances that aliens can reach us are high, but there is no evidence that aliens have ever done so
- This paradox has puzzled scientists for decades
