Mystery after the nine-year-old son of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s model boyfriend was found dead

The nine-year-old son of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s model girlfriend has been mysteriously found dead, the family has announced.

Kelly McKee Zajfen, 42, made the heartbreaking announcement on Instagram last Friday after son George was reportedly found “unresponsive” at their home.

“My world shattered into a million pieces,” said the former model and businesswoman.

“I can hardly breathe. Walk. Function. Sit. Stand. you were the light of my life

“Your smile made the room so bright and your heart was so perfect and sweet.”

Zajfen wrote that she will: “Make a lot of effort for your beautiful twin sister.”

The Alliance of Moms co-founder has one surviving daughter who has a heart condition and wears a pacemaker.

“George had no heart problems that they knew of. Nobody knows what just happened,” an anonymous family friend told DailyMail.com.

The nine-year-old was tragically found “unresponsive” at home and the cause of death remains a mystery, the source said.

“They are still awaiting the autopsy results,” the source told the Daily Mail.

“I don’t even think she (Kelly) knows right now. He was just found unresponsive.

“It’s hard to believe it’s him when of course it’s his sister who has had a heart condition since she was two years old.”

Friends Meghan and Harry donated $5,000 to a GoFundMe set up in George’s honor under their children’s names.

Money from the fundraiser will be donated to Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.

Meghan met Zajfen through her ex-husband Trevor Engelson, who has also donated to GoFundMe, a source told the Daily Mail.

Engelson is said to be friends with Julian, husband of Zajfen’s Entertainment lawyer.

Another friend told the Mail that Meghan and Zajfen have stayed connected through their philanthropy community, Alliance of Moms.

Actresses Kristen Bell and JoAnna Garcia Swisher are among the many women involved in Zajfen’s philanthropic project.

George’s tragic death comes just days after the grieving mother posted photos of her two children with new backpacks.

A few weeks ago, Zajfen also shared heartwarming photos of her daughter carrying George on a piggyback ride.

“You left this earth and left behind so many people who loved you,” Zajfen said in the tragic post announcing George’s death.

“I don’t know how to continue. how i can function

“How I can be the light and always have joy, but I will try. Try hard for your beautiful sister.

Zajfen said arrangements are being made for the funeral and will announce more details as they come.
