My vacation was ruined by guests smoking drugs and having sex in the pool
HOTEL guests had sex in the pool and openly smoked drugs in front of British families.
A woman was spotted frolicking with five other guests at the swim-up bar.
Other drunken revelers relieved themselves in the pool or were ill.
NHS worker Alan Stevens, 50, spent £3,000 on a 17-day stay with his wife Sarah, 49, at the five-star Riu República hotel in the Dominican Republic.
He said: “It was the worst experience of our lives.
“My wife cried so much over the things we saw.
“It smelled like drugs all the time and people offered us weed all the time.
“People were defecating, urinating and sick in the pool.
“The place was hell on earth.
“It was just a 24-hour party hotel where Americans just went wild.
“We booked our holiday with Tui and two of the staff resigned during our stay due to so many complaints.
“There was even a suspicion of murder.”
Alan is demanding compensation from Tui, which has been asked for comment.
