The man’s miscalculation was caught on camera and authorities confirmed that was the case arrested In Florida for his actions.

Esdra Burges-Cruz, 50, was caught on video yelling at the school staff.

The footage shows him upset and screaming while onlookers mumble in the background.

The video shows the moment he punches the worker in the chest, leading to some screams from various shocked students.

“If I hear anything else about my son, you’ll see what’s going to happen,” Burges-Cruz told the school staffer New York Post.

Reportedly by Burges-Cruz’s aggression occurred on a temporarily stopped school bus.

These claims claim he boarded the bus after being told to stay off.

Burges-Cruz yelled “Shut up” and entered.

After the incident, the police were contacted and showed up at Burges-Cruz’s doorstep to question him about the incident.

Burges-Cruz allegedly said he boarded the school bus with permission and did not hit anyone.

After reviewing footage of the attack, Burges-Cruz was arrested for assault.

He has a clean record and was calculated with physical harm against an employee of the public or private education system, burglary and disturbance of the peace at a school event.

“We believe the arrest sends a clear signal and will help the community better understand that we expect appropriate behavior from adults, just as we expect appropriate behavior from our students,” the Marion County School District said .

Burges-Cruz’s bail was set at $17,500.
