My penis was ripped off in a horrific accident and I got the world’s first bionic member – I missed the opportunity for a specific request

A MAN whose penis was ‘totally’ ripped off in a horrific accident before getting a bionic member says he didn’t get to choose his new size.

Mo Abad returned from football aged just six in 1972 when he was pulled under a moving vehicle in Huddersfield.

With life-changing injuries to his groin, he lived with a fleshy tube for a penis, had to sit down to pee and was never able to have sex.

Speaking to LadBible last year, the 50-year-old, who now lives in Edinburgh, said: “I was given 12 hours to live [after the accident].

“Every man has two testicles … one of which was completely destroyed and the other was pushed into my groin by the impact.”

For years he avoided talking about his accident and never socialized with women for fear of what they would say.

But his fortunes changed in 2012 when ingenious surgeons fashioned him a £70,000 bionic bulge.

The willing wizards took skin from his arm and then inserted an inflatable implant that allows Mo to get erections.

The device has two oblong-shaped balloons that fill with saline when a button – located in the scrotum – is pressed.

The procedure, known as phalloplasty, was performed at University College Hospital in London, where surgeons attach a bionic penis on average once a month.

But when asked if he had an option regarding size, Mo said he would leave that decision to the doctors.

His forearm only allowed medics to form an impressive eight-incher – three inches longer than the average guy in Britain.

Admitting he may have missed a trick, Mo joked, “I could have told him I wanted a 10-inch trick.”

But he stressed he was grateful to finally have a working penis, which was free with the NHS on special referral.

His new organ gave him a new identity and meant he could now do everyday things like pee standing up.

But it didn’t stop there.

Mo told New Day in 2016 that he’s never associated with girls because of his genitals.

But that year his world changed forever when he met sex therapist Charlotte Rose.

The pair chatted via email and phone before meeting at a London hotel where Mo was about to lose his virginity at the age of 44.

Speaking to The Sun, Charlotte, who now has a partner, said of Mo’s penis: “It’s amazing, amazing and wonderful.

What is a bionic penis?

The type of surgery Mohammed had is called phalloplasty.

It was performed at University College Hospital in London, where surgeons attach a bionic penis on average once a month.

It’s the same place Andrew Wardle had his penis fitted earlier this year.

Andrew’s surgeon David Ralph said: “The satisfaction rate is 95 percent. If you start with practically nothing, satisfaction is probably good.

“The original erogenous zones are incorporated into the phalloplasty to provide erogenous sensations.”
