A WOMAN took action after her nightmarish neighbor wouldn’t leave her ring doorbell alone.
In a post on TikTok under the username “Duara” she described her problems with the neighbor.
The TikTok begins with footage of the Ring Doorbell showing the neighbor hiding his face from Duara’s camera.
The poster said her neighbor was acting “strange” towards the camera and was “waving her bag”.
And the video footage continues to show the resident looking and examining the camera.
That’s when Duara decided to take action by posting screenshots of the lady looking at the camera outside her door.
The camera then captures the moment the lady sees the message and the resident then angrily waves her keys and mumbles profanity.
An angry Duara said: “I’ve had to deal with this whole madness for two years and have been complaining about her for two years and nothing has been done. She has to go!”
Duara added, “She literally bothers me about that camera even after the manager said she was fine.”
In the final seconds of the video, an off-camera argument erupts over the Ring doorbell, while the two argue about “calling the police.”
Duara is heard yelling, “Don’t touch my stuff!”
The lady can be heard shouting back: “I don’t want my picture in the hall.”
As always, TikTokers were quick to use the comments section to share their opinions.
One viewer wrote: “Corridors in apartments are public. Therefore, a ring camera is legal.”
Another commented, “I set up a ring cam and my neighbors are happy because now their packages aren’t being stolen.”
“I’m so sorry you have to deal with this!!!!” said a third.
“My nightmare neighbor wouldn’t leave my ring doorbell alone… I got my revenge,” joked another.
However, some TikTokers were not on the side of the original poster.
One wrote: “You should see if your rental agreement includes a doorbell camera. I can understand why some might consider this an invasion of privacy.”
It comes after a couple was furious when their nightmare neighbor stole their package just minutes after it was left outside.
We previously shared that a local resident found a bizarre handwritten note from his eligible neighbor telling him not to park in “his” parking lot.
