My neighbors left a rude note on my friend’s car as he parked outside – things escalated so much that the police were called

A feud erupted after a California man found a notice of his parking on his car.
The man approached the neighbor who left the note, leading to a bitter argument that reportedly led to a call to police.
Steve Haas originally documented the parking lot fight on his Instagram page.
The video begins with Haas showing his followers the handwritten note he found in his car while visiting a friend.
“Please do not park in front of our house. Thank you,” the letter read.
“I’m sitting at my homeboy’s crib and I get this letter,” Haas explained.

“So I went and knocked on the door and asked why. It is a public street. And she says she owns this parking lot. It’s hers?”
It wasn’t long before a woman stormed out of the house with her phone to record Haas videotaping the note.
“This guy is on my property, knocking on my door and causing us problems,” she announced.
The homeowner insisted that Haas stay away from her property.
“I don’t know who this guy is, but he has to go,” she added. “Leave my property.”
Haas refused to move and repeated that he was standing on a public sidewalk.
“Okay, that’s it,” the woman murmured as she turned around and headed back to her door.
He began to giggle as she stormed off, causing more chaos.
“Why are you laughing?” she shouted at him.
“Because that’s the rudest thing I’ve ever seen in my life,” he replied.
The woman returned with her husband at her side, who tried unsuccessfully to resolve the situation.
“Maybe I’ll just come out here every weekend and park,” threatened Haas.
The dramatic parking accident was reacted to in the comments section.
“Guys, the street doesn’t belong to you. Get educated from your county assessor,” wrote one person who sided with Haas.
A second person said the whole situation could have been avoided if Haas had parked in front of his friend’s house.
“The homeowners are right. This guy had no reason to park his piece of junk in front of their property. Park in front of the house you are visiting!”

A third person asked if law enforcement responded to the call.
“So, have the cops come?” they asked.
“Yes. They left right after because the call was nonsensical,” the Santa Clarita Incidents page responded.
