But her mother was so angry about the dream catcher on her daughter’s ankle that she accused Casey’s father of threatening him with a sentence of up to five years in prison.

Casey has wanted an ink since she was 13 and her father allowed her to get one when she was 16, at that age you can legally do so with parental consent where they live in Sydney, Australia.

The fees were eventually repealed and Casey, now 18, didn’t let the experience cause her to write more ink.

She speaks Daily Star: “When I got my first tattoo when I was 16, I didn’t talk to my mom for three years, so after she took my dad to court, it made me not want to talk to her more.

“To this day, I still don’t have any contact with my mother and I probably never will.”

Casey’s dad, Bradley, is a tattoo enthusiast who has his daughter’s name written on his biceps.

He fully supports his daughter’s decision to get her first ink – a reminder to always follow your dreams.

But his ex-wife, Nadine Rae-Rees, was dumbfounded when she learned he had agreed to it.

She began legal proceedings against Bradley, seeing him charged with assault sometimes causing actual bodily harm and injuring a person with intent to cause bodily harm.

Casey said: “I don’t think she’ll actually take me to court. I wouldn’t be able to forgive myself if he went to jail for something of my choosing.”

Despite the stress, Casey says the experience only strengthened her bond with her father.

She added: “I don’t regret my tattoo even though it caused me and my dad some trouble but it also made me a stronger person. It also showed me who my mother is. what kind of person”.

Casey has continued to tattoo, receiving a rose entwined with a rosary with the words “Dad, Daddy and Nan” printed on her arm, along with a quote that says, “Where there’s a family, there’s a family.” love.”

It is a tribute to her father and grandparents who raised her.

She is currently planning to wear an ao dai on her arm to represent the different stages of her life.
