My brother wants to propose to me at my wedding

A GROOM-TO-BE was furious when his brother asked him to propose to his girlfriend on his wedding day.

The man took to Reddit to complain about his family responding to his brother’s request, explaining that his entire family was up to the idea.

The 27-year-old said: “I’ll start this off by saying that my wedding is scheduled for April because my fiancée, 25F, has always dreamed of a spring wedding. And I do too. liking the idea”.

He explained that his family asked him to come here last week to chat but they didn’t want to tell him about what happened until he got there.

The family let him sit and his brother told him he wanted to use his brother’s wedding as the ‘perfect day to propose’ to his girlfriend.

Well, the groom was furious and told the family that under no circumstances would he let that happen, but his family doubled down.

“In the end I got so angry that I, a man, somehow backed all three of them into a corner.”

The man left his parents’ house without another word, but his brother came to his doorstep the next day and begged him to allow him to propose.

“My brother came to my house the next day and yelled at me that I ruined his big chance because now our parents are on my side and saying they will kick him out if he doesn’t. She tried to propose at my wedding.

“He said I was blackmailing our parents financially, and he just wanted a good chance to propose because he was afraid his girlfriend might leave him soon.” He added.

He told his brother that it wasn’t his problem and that his wedding day would be about him, and he also said: “If he tries to propose at my wedding, I WILL throw him out. he goes out.

“It’s not possible, it’s certain.

“And I doubt his girlfriend would appreciate her proposal but then get thrown out by a guard.”

The anonymous poster added that his brother then called their grandmother in an attempt to get her to convince the groom to let him propose at the wedding.

This only made him angrier, to the point where he made his grandmother cry on the phone, although he felt bad about it, but he explained that his brother always was the favorite and he had enough.

His fiancée also knows about her brother’s plans and wants to invite him to the wedding.

In response to the post, most people did not think the man was wrong.
