Mudryk blow for Arsenal is bad news for Tottenham in terms of Trossard

Arsenal’s Mikel Arteta are missing out on Mykhailo Mudryk for Graham Potter’s Chelsea and that means they could focus on Brighton and Hove Albion winger Leandro Trossard, which is bad news for Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur.
According to talkSPORT, Arsenal have been in talks with Shakhtar Donetsk for Mudryk for a while but Chelsea made a better offer.
The winger is also paid more at Chelsea than Arsenal.

So the Gunners are missing out on Mudryk and we think they could now focus on Brighton winger Trossard.
According to talkSPORT, the Belgium winger has fallen out with Brighton manager Roberto De Zerbi and has been flown to Brussels.
The winger is looking to leave the Seagulls and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the 28-year-old winger in the January transfer window.
talkSPORT added that Arsenal are also interested in the Belgian.
According to the report, “Arsenal are keeping a close eye on the situation but if they get Mudryk they will feel they are well equipped in that area”.
Arsenal aren’t getting Mudryk now so there’s a very good chance they could now make a move for Trossard, described as ‘amazing’ by former Liverpool star Jose Enrique on Instagram.
The Gunners were ready to pay £62m for Mudryk according to the journalist Fabrizio Romanoso they could use that money to sign Trossard now.
Would Tottenham pay £62m for a 28-year-old winger?
We don’t think.
