MAHMOUD CHARR has branded Tyson Fury a ‘big giraffe’ for backing off on his vow to fight him and continuing talks with Anthony Joshua.
The Lebanon-born German moved up to pole position to fight Fury this week after Joshua missed the WBC heavyweight champion’s deadline for the Battle of Britain.
But talk of a domestic shock in December is still ongoing, much to the annoyance of the charr.
The former WBA (regular) heavyweight champion told Sky Sports: “Mr Big Giraffe, where’s the paper? You didn’t sign [it].
“You’re playing the same game as Anthony Joshua, I can’t understand it
“Yesterday you opened your mouth and said you wanted to fight two guys in one night.
“But I told you that I need five o’clock in the morning, no problem. Send out the newspaper and let the fight happen because my promoter called me and said Frank Warren isn’t answering.
“Are you scared? Scared, boy? You little big bastard, send the newspaper.”
Charr’s final altercation with Fury came after he praised the Gypsy King with a throwback photo of them posing.
He wrote: “Huge respect @Tyson Fury. For the sake of your fighter you have proved to many people that you have a strong character.

“A will can move mountains. On our fight night and after my win, I don’t want to hear any excuses.”
The 37-year-old Charr has repeatedly vowed to end Fury’s reign as WBC king this week, saying: “The lumberjack is coming for you Habibi.
“Focus on the belt, focus on the belt.
He added: “Fury, you’re the bastard as Anthony Joshua. A man is a man. If you say Joshua is out, he’s out.
“You told everyone you wanted to fight me [and] Now we’re like a duck. Accept the fight.”
Fury, 34, made a U-turn on his Monday deadline to AJ on Thursday, saying: “My promoter Frank Warren convinced me to let Queensberry continue with your team this week, even though I knew you would never fight.

“So the deadline was Monday.” I allowed Frank to continue doing meetings with your team and your broadcasters and all that.
“Now we have BT, DAZN and ESPN all on the same page. They’re happy with anything, they’re all ready to rock.
“You ask for a lot of stuff, you want to be a co-host when you’re a willing challenger.
“You know what, I said give it to them, let them be co-hosts.
“You wanted full transparency even though you are not an equal shareholder in this party. Do you know what I said?
“Give them full transparency, I have nothing to hide, I’m not trying to rob anyone, I haven’t stolen a dime from anyone in my life.
“So now you have full transparency, everything is clean and fair. Now, Joshua, the ball is really in your son’s court.”
