She said: “I’ll fuck him later and I don’t even know his name.”

She then stood on a step behind him in Everton’s grounds at Goodison Park and rested her bum on his shoulder.

The shocked victim told police, who arrested Whiteside “very drunk”.

Whiteside, from Worsley, Gtr Manchester, cried after being convicted of sexual assault by Sefton JPs.

District Judge James Clarke said: “The victim said on that occasion that he felt contact – and it was a rather unusual and unexpected type of contact.

“The complainant presented my assessment credibly.

“It wasn’t anything that could be misunderstood or confused.

“I’m not convinced he made it up.

“The accused was a prankster and this is a prank that went very wrong while committed while intoxicated and perhaps on that occasion boasted to friends.”

If she is convicted next month, she faces up to 10 years in prison and a ban from the UK football stadium.
