Caylee Anthony disappeared in 2008 and the little girl’s remains were found six months later in a wooded area near the family’s Orlando, Florida home.

Casey was charged with her daughter’s murder and during a 2011 trial, her legal team said Caylee drowned in the family pool.

Known as “America’s Most Hated Mother”, she was finally acquitted of the murder on July 5, 2011.

However, she was convicted on four counts of giving false information to law enforcement.

Now, in her first bombshell TV interview, Casey has claimed her father George Anthony was to blame – suggesting he staged her daughter’s drowning to cover up he may have abused the little one.

More than ten years after the toddler’s death, she claims she doesn’t know what happened to her daughter, but said “it all comes back to her father.”

Her father has denied all of Casey’s allegations and is one of many critical of her take on what happened.

The disbelief of the judge

Judge Belvin Perry Jr., who presided over Casey’s criminal trial, has responded to Casey’s new shock allegations, saying her recent story doesn’t quite add up.

Speaking to TMZ, the now-retired judge reportedly said he remembers her story wasn’t always consistent and questions her credibility.

Perry Jr. said she originally blamed her babysitter for the kidnapping, which doesn’t fit with her current story.

He also pointed out that Casey’s car smelled of death in the trunk.

This came as prosecutors tried to prove she had killed her daughter by using chloroform and covering her nose and mouth with duct tape, but they were ultimately unable to sway the jury.

The retired judge also countered Casey, saying there was no concrete evidence Caylee drowned in the pool and questioning her allegations of sexual abuse.

People reports that during the interview, Anthony addresses allegations that she was sexually abused by her father George and brother Lee.

Both men vehemently denied their claims in court and were never charged.

But Anthony claimed her father would put a pillow on her face and “choke me and knock me out”.

She said it happened “multiple times” and she fears her father also abused Caylee.

“SHE WAS COLD”

In a new three-part series called Casey Anthony: Where The Truth Lies, Anthony said of the day her daughter was last seen: “I woke up [my father] shook me and wondered where Caylee was.

“That didn’t make any sense. She would never leave my room without telling me. I immediately started looking around the house. I’ll go outside and see where she might be.”

Casey said she wasn’t feeling well and the two lay down to take a nap together when their daughter disappeared.

Seen in the clip by personsAnthony then said she then saw her father holding Caylee.

She said: “He stood there with her. She was soaking wet. He gave her to me. Said it was my fault. That I caused it

“But he didn’t rush to call 911 and he didn’t try to resuscitate her. I collapsed with her in my arms. She was heavy and cold.”

She added, “He takes them from me and he immediately softens his tone and says, ‘It’s going to be fine.’

“I wanted to believe him. He took her from me and left.”

MISSING CAYLEE

While Casey dodged murder charges, she still faced four charges for providing false information to police officers.

Those allegations stem from statements she made to Orange County Detective Yuri Melich on July 16, 2008, CNN reported.

Melich had investigated Caylee’s disappearance and was shocked when Casey shamefully admitted she hadn’t seen her daughter in over 30 days.

She was eventually arrested on suspicion of child neglect, making false official statements and obstructing a criminal investigation.

Her trial did not begin until three years later.

POOL SECRET

When asked if she believes Caylee drowned in the above-ground pool, Anthony said no.

And she said there was no ladder or way for her to climb up, adding: “There’s no way to explain that, unless [George] Put her in the pool to cover up what he did.”

Casey’s mother, Cindy, said early in the trial that she made the startling discovery that the pool ladder had been left out when she got home from work.

“I thought it was strange… I called [my husband] George at work to see if he left the pool ladder up because I also noticed the side gate was open,” she said in court, according to HuffPost.

When questioned during the 2011 trial, George Anthony denied knowing Caylee drowned in the family pool.

He also testified that he would have done anything to save his granddaughter and said he had nothing to do with the disposal of Caylee’s body, WKMG reported.
