More stimulus money will be sent out if you live in these four states

Certain states’ RESIDENTs will receive stimulus payments via check or direct deposit, with some bonuses totaling up to $1,000.
Thanks to budget surpluses and state tax laws, residents of these four states can expect more payments from the government in 2022 if they meet the eligibility requirements.
Some payments will even sent automaticallythe recipient does not need to take any further action.
California
The Golden State Stimulus programs sent back a cumulative $12 billion to the state’s taxpayers in 2021.
And Californians can get another round of stimulus checks under a state budget proposal.
Governor Gavin Newsom revealed a record $286.4 billion budget for next year and recorded a surplus of more than $45.7 billion, i.e. significantly higher than the $31 billion expected by the state by the end of 2021.

Based on his officeGovernor Ron DeSantis included provisions for another $1,000 payment to teachers in this year’s state budget.
Governor DeSantis said the program has supported about 175,000 teachers and 3,600 principals by 2021.
Indiana
Indiana residents are due to get a $125 . stimulusbut only after they file their 2021 tax return.
State law requires officials to give taxpayers a refund if the reserves, excluding education, total more than 12.5 percent of the general endowment.
The state has about $4 billion in reserves, or 23% of its general fund, so taxpayers should see payments come in via direct deposit or paper checks.
“Despite a pandemic, Indiana exceeded all expectations and ended the state’s fiscal year with an unprecedented amount of reserves,” Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb said.
“We have an obligation to get this money back into the hands of the taxpayers instead of leaving it in the hands of (the government).”
And, the state will work with about 910,000 low-income Americans who pay taxes but don’t file.
Last Indiana residents get an automatic tax refund in 2013.
New York
New York workers who lost their jobs during the pandemic but can’t collect stimulus checks due to immigration status was able to apply for the Excluded Workers Fund in 2021.
Now, lawmakers and workers in New York are foster innovation and expansion program and issue more payments in 2022.
About 90,000 New Yorkers have signed up for the program to help undocumented immigrants work in the city. and their families.
Eligible applicants earned less than $26,208 in 2020.
New York Governor Kathy Hochul said at the time: “The Excluded Workers Fund is an important lifeline for the thousands of New Yorkers who are an integral part of maintaining their status. us in the worst moments of the pandemic.
