Moment Donald Trump calls Piers Morgan a ‘FOOL’ who ‘didn’t study’ in bombshell interview

DONALD Trump branded Piers Morgan a “FOOL” who “didn’t study” in a new clip from her explosive interview released today.

The former US President stormed out of the exclusive TalkTV interview on Piers Morgan Uncensored – which debuts tonight – after being angered by the hot-headed host.

In the new clip, the 45th US President gets angry at Piers and refuses to back down his belief that the 2020 election was rigged.

Piers tells Trump he believes the election that sparked the deadly Capitol riots was “free and fair.”

The pair clashed after Trump branded the entire situation “crooked and corrupt” before brazenly claiming “I’ve proved it”.

In the exclusive interview for Piers’ new show, he tells the ex-president: “I’ve been watching this whole debate closely and you have been absolutely tireless in refusing to accept defeat.”

Trump then retaliates by saying, “And you know why, but you know why?

“Because if our country doesn’t have fair and free elections and if our country doesn’t have borders, we don’t have a country.”

Piers responded by saying: “I believe it was a free and fair election and you lost. That is my belief.”

The comment has Trump fuming, yelling at the moderator, “Well then you’re a fool, then you’re a fool. And you are a fool and you have not studied.”

The clip ends with Piers trying to keep the confrontation under wraps and Trump saying, “But… maybe I’m a fool. Maybe I’m the fool in this conversation.”

The Sun previously revealed that Trump believes he would treat Vladimir Putin very differently than President Biden.

Trump said he believes Putin used nuclear threats to scare other nations during the war in Ukraine – leading the Russian leader to believe “no one is going to attack him”.

Putin thinks everyone is “stupid and afraid to talk about it,” so according to Trump, he keeps threatening to use the destructive weapons.

The pair were previously close, but a fiery clip posted from the show and set to air tonight sparked an explosive feud between Trump and Piers.

Earlier this week, Piers Morgan thanked Trump after the ex-president said her explosive interview would give him a “major burst of reviews”.

Trump barked at the crew to “turn off the cameras” and later denied walking away, before claiming the clip was “deceptively edited.”

The former president then doubled down on his comments and released a second scathing statement slamming Piers.

He said: “Piers has got off to a bad start but thanks to me he might get one last burst of big ratings before it all collapses.”

The relentless Piers shared the statement on his Twitter as he urged Trump to “take a chill pill” – adding “Love these statements” with a heart emoji.

After a preview of the interview aired Wednesday night, Trump accused the host of cutting off his defense of the 2020 election.

‘FOATING AT MOUTH’

He claims a “very strong” discussion of his unproven voter fraud allegations was removed from the clip.

In the footage, Trump is seen screaming that Piers is “dishonest” and “a fool.”

The 75-minute interview will air on the Piers Uncensored launch show on TalkTV tonight at 8pm.

Trump and Piers have been friends for 15 years – but he has been furious over a series of critical comments the TV star has made about his conduct in office.

They clashed before the interview began, before Piers convinced him to continue the chat – but argued again on camera.

Piers wrote in The Sun how the president glared at him with “undisguised anger” and was “almost foaming at the mouth”.

At one point, the President growled at him, “What the hell is that?”

Trump told Piers: “You’re not real. You’re fake.” To which Piers replied, “No, I’m just being brutally honest.”
