Moment children sob in horror as cruel kindergarten staff wear a terrifying Halloween mask

A KINDERGARTEN has come under fire after footage emerged of workers using a horrific Halloween mask to torture terrified children as a form of punishment.

The video shows several Lil’ Blessings childcare workers attempting to scare innocent children into better behavior, in an act parents have described as “despicable”.

Footage posted to Facebook, allegedly taken by a concerned co-worker, shows a worker at the Mississippi daycare center intimidating a group of children at a table.

A worker can be told to tell the woman in the mask to avoid certain toddlers who have been “good” and only approach those who have been “bad.”

Many of the terrified children are sobbing as the masked woman walks through the center yelling and yelling at the children.

In one incident, she leans over a frightened child and asks “Are you mad,” to which the child wails “no” and shakes his head.

She then yells in the young tot’s face and yells “you should be good” before aiming at another.

According to the clip, the kindergarten teacher continues the act for several minutes at various surrounding centers – and tells a second group of children to “stand by”.

At one point, three frightened children even hid behind a shelf while the woman pretended to kick down the door.

After entering the room, she continues chasing the tots, who start running and appearing and start whining in fear.

She then orders the kids to “clean up,” even yelling, before storming into another class.

The series of incidents, which appeared to traumatize the majority of the children, was shared on Facebook by a concerned colleague on Thursday.

Jennifer Kayla Newman claims she recorded the shocking scenes to highlight her co-worker’s actions towards parents.

She posted a lengthy statement on Facebook, saying: “A few weeks ago some girls in daycare bought Halloween masks to scare the kids, they did and I never got it on video.

“When I heard she was going to do it again, I recorded to get proof and then the video was sent to the parents to show them how their child was being treated.”

She continued, “I didn’t film this for shit and giggles. It wasn’t funny to me. I couldn’t amuse myself about it.

“The one who yells in the children’s faces is NOT me. The one standing next to the screaming girl is NOT me. The laugh in the video is NOT me.”

Jennifer said she’s been trying to report her colleagues’ behavior for some time, but so far she said she couldn’t provide any proof.

Responding to claims from users that she should have contacted the police, she pointed out the same fact — she insisted cameras at the daycare weren’t working.

“I have nothing to hide. I did what I thought was best at that moment,” she said on Thursday.

“Maybe I didn’t handle it 100 percent the way I should have, but my intentions were good.”

On Thursday, the Monroe Journal claimed four employees were archived over the videos, which went viral earlier this week.

The Sun has attempted to reach out to Lil’ Blessings Childcare for comment.

In a statement released Thursday, officials said they are investigating the incident.

“The Monroe County, MS Sheriff’s Department is aware of the video from the Hamilton daycare and is working with the county attorney’s office to see if there are any potential criminal charges that can be filed,” one said Post on Facebook.

They later urged angry parents not to visit the accused workers while the investigation continues.
