moment as Kim Jong-un and Putin shake hands as they meet for arms talks just hours after North Korea fired ballistic missiles

VLADIMIR Putin and Kim Jong-un shook hands as they met at a space base for weapons talks, just hours after North Korea fired two ballistic missiles.
The North Korean dictator will talk to 70-year-old tyrant Vlad about supplying weapons to support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Kim – who rarely leaves his country – is reportedly willing to hand Putin artillery shells and anti-tank missiles in exchange for satellite and nuclear submarine technology.
The North Korean leader arrived at the Vostochny Cosmodrome in his armored train on Wednesday morning after entering Russia the day before.
Putin told Kim he was “very happy to see him,” while the North Korean despot thanked Putin for inviting him to Russia.
At the space base, Putin told reporters that the two would discuss “all issues” during their meeting.
Asked whether Russia would help Kim build satellites, Putin replied: “That’s why we came here.”
“The leader of the DPRK shows great interest in rocketry, they are also trying to develop space.”
Putin gave Kim a tour of Russia’s most advanced space rocket launch site – located amid the forests of eastern Russia near the Chinese border.
He congratulated Kim on a number of North Korean anniversaries – including 75 years since North Korea’s founding in 1948.
Through an interpreter, Kim thanked Putin for the invitation and for the warm welcome.
The Russian state television spokesman said Kim asked Putin numerous detailed questions.
The White House has warned that arms negotiations between North Korea and Russia are “actively moving forward.”
In return for ammunition, North Korea will likely demand food and energy supplies as well as the transfer of advanced weapons technology.
It is unclear how far military cooperation between Kim and Putin could go – but any sign of warming relations will worry rivals such as the US and South Korea.
The meeting between the two tyrants came just hours after North Korea fired two ballistic missiles.
