Vallow, 50, showed no remorse for her actions and claimed in a bizarre speech to the Court that their children are “happy in the spirit world.”

“Jesus knows me and Jesus understands me,” Vallow said during her sentencing hearing Monday in a crowded Idaho courtroom.

“I mourn with all of you who are grieving for my children and Tammy. Jesus Christ knows the truth about what happened here.”

“In this case no one was murdered. There are accidental deaths. There are suicides. Drugs have deadly side effects.”

Vallow claimed that a near-death experience during the birth of her daughter, Tylee, allowed her to communicate with the “spirit world.”
