And the Mob Wives star shared her journey exclusively with The Sun.

On Monday, March 28, the 52-year-old visited famed plastic surgeon Dr. Obaid Chaudhry at his Beverly Hills office to undergo liposuction and skin tightening.

Renee told The Sun she was ready for a complete makeover: “I’m so excited I’m getting rid of my double chin! I’m only 52, but that bothers me a lot.”

Before she went under the knife, Dr. Chaudhry specifically what her result was and whether she wanted her entire chin removed.

“It bothers me,” she replied.

According to her doctor, Renee has had liposuction on her back, abdomen, hips and chin, along with Bodytite radio frequency technology, which tightens and shrinks the skin to avoid further lipo or tummy tucks later.

Renee told The Sun the multi-surgery process was worth it: “Usually I’m like ‘cut me open, chop me up’, I don’t care.

“I’m 52, so I figured if I was going to do a facelift, I’ll wait, but let’s try.”

ADDICTION

The surgery comes weeks after the reality star announced she was seeking treatment for a pill addiction.

The Playing With Fire writer was arrested for drunk driving in her native Staten Island in January after she hit a parked car and rolled over on the street.

Renee reportedly told police she was taking Adderall earlier in the day before the crash.

The reality TV star entered treatment on February 6 and was supported by The Hills alum Jason Whaler and his foundation Red Songbird.

PREVIOUS SURGICAL COMPLICATIONS

This isn’t the first time the star has undergone such an invasive surgery.

In 2017, the Mob Wives star confessed she had become addicted to surgery and shared the harrowing moment she feared she was dying after contracting an infection following her tummy tuck and liposuction surgery.

Speaking on a UK TV show, Renee revealed that she “grew up in a world where you had to be glamorous” – something that sparked her interest in surgeries.

After being devastated by her boyfriend’s comments that she had boobs but no butt, followed by her then-husband beating her for apparently being “fat,” she walked to the treatment table and “didn’t think twice.”

But her desire for a dream body turned into a nightmare when she contracted an infection after surgery.

She revealed she had a four pint blood transfusion: “There was a pool of blood like you see in the movies.

“Like someone getting shot. The blood was pouring out and I was so scared,” she shared. “I felt my life slipping away.”

A SECOND CHANCE

Renee was then forced to learn to walk and eat again after her harrowing ordeal.

She lost 36 pounds and suffered from leg swelling. She commented, “There are parts of my body that I feel like will never get better.”

After taking the advice of a London surgeon for the reality show, she added: “I want to have a woman’s body.

“I think plastic surgery is an addiction — I was addicted to being beautiful.”
