A social media appeal has been launched to help in the search for the former Bath rugby player after he was last seen at an Irish pub on October 29.
He had arrived in Barcelona the same day after boarding a ferry from Ibiza with no money, spare clothes or passport.
As the hunt for Levi continues, his family have since received reports of a possible sighting just a nine-minute walk from the Old Irish Pub on La Rambla.
His agent and close friend Tom Varndell revealed that someone had come forward anonymously with information about the case.

The unidentified person claimed they saw Levi looking disoriented as he loitered around a tourist hotspot in the Spanish city.
Tom told the Mirror: “They said, ‘I shouldn’t have told you anything, but I saw the tweets and I felt bad.’
“They said he was seen this morning (Monday 14 November) in Placa Sant Agusti, which is usually traversed by homeless people.
“He seemed lost and confused. If it’s Levi, god knows what state he’s in right now.”
The lead has been passed to West Midlands Police, as well as Spanish cops, to investigate, Tom said.
But despite the renewed hope of finding him, Levi’s family remains skeptical as there is “nothing concrete” to find him so far.
Tom added: “It’s so frustrating. The person, who [reached out] is Spanish, which is a good thing because they’re obviously based out there.
“It’s just finding out if there’s any truth to it, any substance, and then really going from there.
“I don’t know if Levi doesn’t have access to a phone or internet or whatever.”
The missing 24-year-old hasn’t used his bank cards since disappearing in the Catalan capital with just 40 euros in cash.
Spanish police said Levi’s phone signal was last detected overnight near Barcelona’s Sants train station on October 29, but the phone has not been used since.
Levi’s distraught mother, Julie Davis, previously flew into town to help find her son as theories of his disappearance continue to swirl.
He seemed lost and confused. If it’s Levi, god knows what state he’s in right now.

She revealed he hadn’t given her an address of where he was staying because he had planned to “move around”.
The mother told Spanish daily ABC he was suffering from depression and had disappeared on previous occasions but “no longer than two or three days”.
She said: “He would always come back or we would find him, but it’s been 12 days now and that’s not normal. He must be disoriented or confused.”
Police are understood to have confirmed Levi is not in hospital and was not arrested as part of an “emergency” response to a missing persons report.
Levi’s foster mother, Susanne Balfour, has also spoken out to Sky News about the X Factor contestant’s disappearance.
She confirmed that he had mentioned an extortion threat in a video posted to social media that has since been deleted.
Presenter Kay Burley asked her if the clip was linked to her foster son’s sexuality, as Levi made history in 2020 when he became the first rugby union player to be revealed as bisexual while still playing.
Susanne replied: “Maybe he’s just scared, he said in the video that his life is in danger, I don’t know if he’s running from something, I just don’t know.
FIND LEVI
“Levi said he had to leave Ibiza when his friend asked why he just said he had to leave. He was actually on a ferry from Ibiza to Barcelona but that was the last he heard from him.”
Susanne said it was “concerning” that he hadn’t contacted family or friends since last month.
A GoFundMe was started by Levi’s close friend Richard Squire in hopes of raising the profile of her attractiveness.
It explained that the rugby ace “has struggled with his mental health for many years” and that his family is “extremely concerned for him”.
Levi is understood to have been suffering from an ongoing injury that had hampered his career and may have been struggling financially as well.
Tom explained it has been difficult to confirm potential sightings “because there are a lot of people who look like Levi”.
He added: “If it’s just the back of someone’s mind or you know it from afar. I dont know. We just have to follow up, it’s nothing concrete but it’s something.”
The agent also said the family is in contact with people in Spain who are desperate to find Levi.
Levi appeared on ITV’s Celebrity X Factor in 2019 alongside fellow rugby players Ben Foden and Thom Evans in a singing group called Try Star.
He also appeared on Celebs Go Dating on E4 in 2020.
