Milinkovic-Savic ‘in Man Utd talks’, Rangnick to STAY, Erik Ten Hag’s ‘De Gea concerns’ revealed

Good morning Man Utd fans

Ralf Rangnick has admitted a season away from Europe could help new boss Erik Ten Hag rebuild Manchester United.

Rangnick said: “It could be an advantage but that doesn’t mean we’re going to give away any of the remaining four games. For us it is clear and our obligation.

“It’s our job, my job, the players’ job, that we try to get the best possible results and then at the end of the season see in which position we will finish.

“Now talking about whether that would be an advantage or not makes no sense because if I did that it would be reinterpreted.

“For me it’s important that we get results, that we play as well as possible, because that will also influence the atmosphere and mood for the new season.”

The German also believes the captaincy should be subject to player voting.

Harry Maguire’s leadership has come under fire this season, as has his form on the pitch.

Wolves have come to terms with losing star man Ruben Neves.

The news is a spur for Manchester United and Arsenal, who have expressed interest in the midfielder.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Wolves are looking for a possible replacement for the 25-year-old.

Finally, United will face competition from Borussia Dortmund in their pursuit of Sebastien Haller.

SunSport revealed how new Man United boss Erik ten Hag envisions taking the striker from Ivory Coast as his first signing from Ajax in the summer.

Dortmund must lose striker Erling Haaland in the summer, Manchester City is a possible target.

And Haller is being looked at as a possible replacement for the brilliant Norwegian, albeit at a bargain price.
