Mike Greenberg shouts NSFW remark live on Pat McAfee’s show about Aaron Rodger’s shocking possible Jets return

THE potential return of New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has ESPN’s Mike Greenberg screaming on The Pat McAfee Show.
Just four days after suffering a brutal Achilles tendon tear in his fourth game for the Jets in the season opener, the 39-year-old Rodgers appeared on the popular sports talk show and all but confirmed that he wants to return.
Additionally, Rodgers didn’t rule out the possibility of a return late this season or during the playoffs.
“I think, as Kevin Garnett said, anything is possible,” he told McAfee and company.
The hosts were all stunned by this reaction.
But apparently not as stunned as his colleague ESPN presenter Mike Greenberg.

Later in the show, Greenberg said via FaceTime on McAfee’s phone: “When Aaron Rodgers suggested he might come back this year, I almost lost it.”
Greenberg, an avid Jets fan, said: “I have no idea if that’s even possible, but if he somehow could, it would be the most incredible thing that’s ever happened, maybe really in the history of the NFL.”
And when McAfee asked Greenberg to repeat the text message he sent him immediately after Rodgers’ comments, he obliged.
“Let’s fucking go!” Greenberg shouted.

Whether Rodgers can return in time for the playoffs, which begin Jan. 13, 2024, remains to be seen.
Recovery from an Achilles tendon rupture can take four to six months Cleveland Clinic.
And during that span, Rodgers has a long road to recovery ahead of him – something he’s fully aware of
The four-time NFL MVP said: “My entire focus and dedication is to gather as much information as possible and then add to what I’ve already put together into a heck of a rehab plan that I think is going to shock some people. “
Rodgers added that there were “some people with interesting timelines for Achilles’ return.”
Meanwhile, the Jets have handed the keys to their offense to quarterback Zach Wilson.
In his third year, Wilson’s career has been rocky so far, as he has thrown more interceptions (19) than touchdowns (16).
But Rodgers clearly has faith, saying he’s “very confident in Zach and I think he’s confident in himself, which is the most important thing.”
