Mick Foley says Top Dolla is ‘money’

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley praised the recently released SmackDown star AJ Francis, AKA Top Dolla.

The second one was released by the company last month along with the rest of the Hit Row members. They debuted not long after being called into the main lineup by NXT.

In his recent appearance on The Wrestling Inc. Daily, WWE legend Mick Foley said that Top Dolla is money and is a powerful guy full of charisma.

“I’ll cross out, AJ Francis. For me, AJ is money,” says Foley. “A strong, charismatic guy, he’s got a rap album. I asked AJ if WWE had a problem with some of the lyrics. AJ had some strong opinions, he was a proud black man, he made that case known with his lyrics. I think it’s a great album, he has an amazing knack for putting words together, great commercial guy. He said, ‘I don’t even think they know I have an album.’ My career took off when Bruce Prichard overheard me talking to Shawn Michaels about my childhood dream that I had to be Dude Love. Bruce went up to Vince and said, ‘This guy has a much more interesting real-life story than the one we’re presenting, a fictional one. “
