He is a Special Constable, meaning he volunteers 16 hours a month in the Met Police’s North West Command Unit.

Hoile was charged with anal rape, two counts of oral rape and another sexual offense.

The charges relate to an incident on Sheriffhales Drive in Lilleshall on Tuesday.

After his arrest, he was transferred to Telford custody and suspended from duty.

Officials are satisfied there is no risk to the public but visible patrols have been stepped up in Lilleshall and Newport.

Hoile is due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
