MEGAN Fox fans believe she’s pregnant after Machine Gun Kelly appeared to hint at the Billboard Music Awards.

The rapper sent fans into a frenzy when he dedicated a performance of his song Twin Flame to their “unborn child” at the event.

MGK took the stage in Las Vegas to perform the emotional ballad, beginning by saying, “I wrote this song for my wife.”

Halfway through the song, he added, “This is for our unborn child,” as the sound of a heartbeat was heard.

His words left fans wondering if engaged lovebirds MGK and Megan are married – as he called her his “wife” – and if she could be pregnant.

One tweeted: “Megan Fox is pregnant???? Did mgk just say our unborn child!!!!! Wait!!!!”

Another wrote: “MGK dedicated his song to Megan and her unborn child awwwwww I hope it’s a girl.”

Another wrote, “Did you just hear mgk basically said Megan Fox was PREGNANT?”

MGK, 32, has a daughter, Casie, 12, from a previous relationship. He welcomed Casie in 2008 when he was 18.

Megan, 37, shares three sons, Noah, nine, Bodhi, eight, and Journey, five, with her former husband, actor Brian Austin Green.

In the early evening, the couple walked the red carpet at the awards ceremony.

They dodged a reporter’s question if they were going to have a quick Las Vegas wedding like friends Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker.

MGK said they would celebrate Megan’s birthday at midnight instead when she turns 37.

Megan and MGK met in March 2020 while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass, shortly after Megan broke up with Brian.

They announced their engagement in January and admitted to celebrating the news by drinking each other’s blood.

The ‘Transformers’ actress wrote on Instagram at the time: “After we went through hell together and laughed more than I ever thought possible, he asked me to marry him.

“And just like every life before this one and every life that will follow after it, I said yes.”

“…and then we drank each other’s blood.”
