Joseph Quinn as Eddie Munson in Stranger Things
Eddie Munson is a new character who attends Hawkins High School. He’s head of the Dungeons & Dragons group, The Hellfire Club, and based on the trailer we know he’s a guitar player, too! TV Line describes him as:
“an audacious 80’s metalhead who runs The Hellfire Club, Hawkins High’s official D&D club. Hated by those who don’t understand him — and beloved by those who do — Eddie will find himself at the terrifying epicenter of this season’s mystery.”
29-year-old British actor Joseph Quinn portrays Eddie.
Where have you seen him before? Quinn is still an up-and-coming actor, though he’s had a few notable roles under his belt. He had a small role in Game of Thrones as a soldier named Koner in the season 7 episode “The Spoils of War,” and appeared in the 2018 movie Overlord. He’s probably best known for playing the part of Arthur Havisham in the BBC series Dickensian.
What’s next? It doesn’t look like Quinn has any upcoming roles on his IMDb page, however once he makes his debut as Eddie in Stranger Things, I’m sure he’ll be scooped up for other TV shows and movies soon!

Eduardo Franco as Argyle in Stranger Things
Argyle might be your favorite new character in Stranger Things because he seems really funny! Netflix introduced him as: “Jonathan’s new BFF. We stan a fun-loving stoner who proudly delivers delicious pizza pies for Surfer Boy Pizza.” 27-year-old actor Eduardo Franco portrays Argyle.

Jamie Campbell Bower as Peter Ballard in Stranger Things
We haven’t heard too much of Jamie Campbell Bower’s character in Stranger Things season 4, so we’re intrigued by this Peter Ballard guy! According to Netflix, he’s “a caring man who works as an orderly at a psychiatric hospital.” Hinting at what’s to come, the streamer also added: “Tired of the brutality he witnesses day after day, will Peter finally take a stand?” Very interesting.
Where have you seen him before? You probably recognize Bower as he’s been in a few popular titles before, including the movies The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street. He also played the character Caius in two Twilight movies, and portrayed a young Gellert Grindelwald in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1! Looks like the actor loves sci-fi and fantasy like us.
What’s next? Bower has a film called True Haunting in post-production, in which he’ll play a character called Ed Becker. It’s a horror movie set to premiere in 2023, directed by Gary Fleder.

Horror legend Robert Englund plays the mysterious Victor Creel in Stranger Things season 4. According to Netflix, this new character is is “a disturbed and intimidating man who is imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for a gruesome murder in the 1950s.” Creepy! As we’ve seen in the trailer, Victor Creel has his eyes cut out, which is very disturbing. Hopefully we’ll get to find out why that is.
