The 61-year-old thinks eating at McDonald’s could be bad for your dog and cause more mess than it’s worth.

The self-branded ‘Poo lady’ said: “Eating at McDonald’s will most likely affect your poo.

“Slips around the toilet seat are a common complaint from bad eaters who frequent here.

“At least that’s what they told me.

“And who am I to argue?”

This is understood to be because meat is high in fats and fats that are harder for the body to break down, looser stools are produced.

Gillian became famous with the Channel 4 show You Are What You Eat in 2004, where she analyzed feces.

According to her, the perfect poo is shaped like a sausage and has mass – so it won’t leave marks on the toilet pan.

The nutritionist and dietitian has long been a critic of McDonald’s food, saying it’s full of harmful toxins.

Former I’m A Celebrity star Gillian also said plant-eaters tend to leave fewer slips on the toilet pan and need fewer tissues.

“Vegetarians often have less residue around the bahookee exit point, which requires much less toilet paper use,” she says.

“Vegetarians can have clean wipes and they basically need to wipe less.

“Another plus is that there are no slips on the toilet like many meat eaters.”

Twitter users expressed dismay at the comments by Gillian, who claimed she was obsessed with poop.
