“Masked Singer” fans are furious over the programming change, which will result in viewers not seeing an episode for over two weeks

THE Masked Singer fans are furious over an unexpected change to the season 10 schedule.
The first episode of the season aired on Sunday evening, but fans will have to wait a little longer for the rest.
Season 10 kicked off last night with the unmasking of Anonymouse, even though she was the only one to appear.
It turned out to be Demi Lovato, which many fans online had suspected.
Aside from Anonymouse, The Masked Singer aired the show’s top five performances and hinted at masks for this season.
Technically it was the start of the season and not the first episode.

“The Masked Singer” usually airs on Wednesday nights, so fans were confused when a surprise episode aired on Sunday.
However, the competition show will air again on Wednesdays after the Sunday episode.
However, the next episode will not air until September 27th, almost two weeks from now.
From then on, episodes up until the finale will air on Wednesdays at 8/7c.

“THERE WAS AN EPISODE?”
After The Masked Singer posted the not-so-shocking reveal on social media, some fans were confused that there was already an episode.
“Wait, why do we already have a spoiler alert? I thought the show didn’t start until the 27th?” asked a fan.
“…What happened to the series premiere on the 27th? “Suddenly it aired tonight and there are tons of spoilers everywhere?” asked another.
A third wrote: “If you haven’t seen the episode of Tonight yet, don’t worry. It’s just a season preview. #maskedsinger.”
“So confused at #MaskedSinger right now,” one fan said.
“Wait. There was an episode last night? I thought it premiered on the 27th?” a final fan asked.
Looking for clues
Even though they only saw the masks for a few seconds on Sunday, some fans think they already recognized a contestant.
The diving mask was revealed and provided some clues that drove Reddit fans crazy.
“I’m usually pretty excited, but lately I’ve been lost in the abyss,” revealed the man behind the mask.
“I may be the most hated creature in the ocean right now.”
He continued, “I’m usually found under the sea, but for this clue you have to look to the sky.”
The diver then pulled a cloth from the object that had a cardinal depicted on it.
Based on these clues alone, fans believe that the diving mask is Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval.
Tom is from St. Louis, Missouri and his baseball team is The Cardinals.
The word “pump” also solidified it for many.

His saying he is the “most hated creature” could be a reference to his breakup with Ariana Madix over his affair with her co-star Rachel Leviss.
Other fans also said that the dance moves and long tone of voice screamed Tom.
