“I’m hoping for an opportunity to see where this is going and make sure it gets to the right place and just does what I want.”
“I’m not doing this for any other reason than I want to do what I can and at the end of the day, in this case I’m not a celebrity, I’m a man with a truck.”
Martin has been praised by followers and fans for his considerable effort.
TV presenter Lucy Alexander wrote: “Good luck 🙌❤️”.

Last week, Martin went viral after he was reportedly only allowed to buy two bottles of Calpol and took to Instagram to share a video expressing his frustration.
Alongside the two-minute clip, Martin wrote: “I wonder if Costco had some collection bins that people could put their donations in that would avoid this situation.
In the video, filmed in a parking lot near a large canned goods retailer, Martin becomes emotional after explaining how other shoppers came to his aid.
He said: “So listen, like you, I’m really, really frustrated about what I can do to help with what’s happening in Ukraine.
“So I went to Costco and I bought a lot of things like Pampers, baby stuff, Tampax and other scraps.
“You know, things for kids because that’s kids, you know, they’re everything,” as he showed his followers his shopping cart and the things he did. he bought. “
Picking up bottles of Calpol, Martin continued: “So I tried to buy some Calpol and I was only allowed to buy two, right?
“And I know there’s some kind of sick limit or some kind of limit that they put in place that would stop under normal circumstances when people buy a lot of Calpol.”
He then explained: “So some people in line behind me and some people in line next to me both bought me four bottles so I tried to get more.

“And I offered them the amount, it was about ten quid for four, and they wouldn’t take it.
“So there are such good people out there and people are trying to get their way and if you just give them a roadmap to do it.”
