The winger picked up the knock in United’s 2-0 win over Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.
The England international will also be ‘unavailable for some games’ after the quarter-final clash against the LaLiga giants.
However, the 25-year-old has eased some of the fans’ fears by revealing he “works hard” with the Red Devils’ physios.
The Manchester giants’ top scorer of the season has hinted he will return ‘as soon as possible’.
Raschford tweeted: “I’m working hard with the physiotherapist to be back as soon as possible! See you soon.”
Rashford’s injury is a blow to United after they have 28 goals and 10 assists in 47 appearances in all competitions this season.
Erik ten Hag’s men remain competitive on three fronts after winning the Carabao Cup as they also aim for the FA Cup and Europa League trophy, as well as a top-four push in the Premier League.
Fortunately, however, the striker’s injury is not seen as the end of the season.

United stated: “Subsequent assessment of the injury indicated Marcus will be unavailable for a few games but is expected to be back for the season opener.
“The England international’s absence is a disappointment given his red-hot form this season with 28 goals in all competitions.
“But there will also be relief at the prospect of his returning for key games in the final weeks of the season.”
