Manhattan deadly stabbing: Man killed in robbery of e-bike on Lower East Side of Manhattan

LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) — A person was stabbed to demise and robbed of his e-bike early Saturday in Manhattan.

Police stated officers discovered a 51-year-old man with a slash wound to his face and a stab wound to the stomach round 1:05 a.m. on Hester Road on the Lowest East Facet close to Sara D. Roosevelt Park.

In accordance with police, the sufferer was capable of alert a Parks Division worker who was within the space.

The Parks Division worker noticed the suspect using away on the e-bike.

The sufferer was taken to Bellevue Hospital the place he was pronounced useless.

Police stated he might have been a meals supply employee.

There are not any arrests and the investigation is ongoing.

It is the second murder within the space in lower than 24 hours.
