He has now been arrested on suspicion of contacting his alleged victim in breach of these terms.
Greenwood is being questioned by cops after officers swooped down on his £15,000-a-month mansion this morning.
The striker has been waiting to know his fate since he was first arrested in January this year.
He spent three nights in custody after being arrested at his rented home in Bowdon, Greater Manchester.

Greenwood was released on bail on February 2 and has kept a relatively low profile ever since.
He was originally scheduled to answer his bail on April 30, but the decision was delayed after a court hearing in June.
The England international remains suspended from Utd but will continue to be paid his £75,000-a-week salary pending a criminal case.
The club were previously forced to issue a statement confirming Greenwood’s status has not changed.
Utd initially said it “does not condone any kind of violence” but later suspended Greenwood after police opened an investigation.
However, some observant fans noted that the player was still featured on the club’s website – leading to speculation he could be rehired.
Utd’s statement read: “There has been no change whatsoever to the status of Mason.
“We removed his profile from the club app shortly after he was removed from the squad in January.
“This was done to remove Mason from interactive elements of the app like team predictions etc.
“However, his profile has never been removed from the site as he remains a Manchester United player, although currently not part of the squad while the court case develops.”
Greenwood was removed from FIFA 22 following the allegations and dropped by sponsor Nike.
Football Manager 2022 has also confirmed that he will not appear in the game.
All merchandise bearing the No 11’s name has been removed from the official Utd website and team-mates have unfollowed him on Instagram.
Greenwood’s promising national and international career remains in jeopardy.
He last played for the Red Devils on January 22 when the team beat West Ham 1-0.
The player joined Utd aged just six and rose through the ranks to secure a regular place in the first-team.
In 2019 he became the youngest footballer to play for Utd in the Champions League when he took the field aged just 17.
Greenwood has played a total of 129 games for the Red Devils and has scored 35 goals.
In 2020, England manager Gareth Southgate gave the striker his first cap when Greenwood came on as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Iceland.
