Man ‘kidnapped, raped and fed his pregnant girlfriend’s daughter, 13, before attempting to run away from her’

A man has been arrested after he allegedly tried to run on top of his girlfriend’s 13-year-old daughter, whom he “rape and impregnated”.

Officers went to the home of Eduardo G. Rubio while searching for the 13-year-old girl on Friday.

It is not immediately clear how long the girl has been missing or why police searched Rubio’s home.

During the search, police received a tip that the girl was staying in another apartment and had bruises on her face and neck.

The girl was picked up and taken by emergency services Cape Fear Valley Medical Center where she was treated for her injuries.

The girl said that Rubio sexually assaulted her over the past two years, starting when she was 11 years old.

A sexual assault test was carried out and doctors discovered that the girl was about four and a half months pregnant. The girl named Rubio as father.

The girl’s mother was also pregnant by Rubio. She has been in a relationship with Rubio for four years and says she had no idea her daughter was being abused. Police say she is fully cooperating with police following Rubio’s arrest.

The girl said she and Rubio got into an argument on Friday, to the point where he allegedly strangled her to the point where she lost consciousness three times.

While she was unconscious, Rubio is said to have gotten into his car and tried to run over her, with the intention of killing her and her unborn child. It’s not clear if she was actually beaten, but she suffered multiple injuries.

Rubio was arrested by police and charged with each of the counts of statutory rape, first-degree murder, attempted murder of an unborn child and first-degree kidnapping.

Rubio has also been charged three offenses of assault by strangulation.

He is currently being held at the Cumberland County Jail in North Carolina without bond.
