Police describe the man as in his mid-20s. He was also reportedly carrying burglary tools.

According to the Post’s sources, he was apparently upset by the leaked draft Supreme Court opinion signaling the court is preparing to overthrow Roe V Wade, which guarantees a person’s right to an abortion.

The man was also reportedly upset by recent mass shootings in the country.
