Man City star Harwood-Bellis is wanted by Lampard’s Everton as Blues plans to join Burnley ace on loan

EVERTON boss Frank Lampard is making Manchester City’s England Under-21 skipper Taylor Harwood-Bellis a transfer priority.

Lampard wants a new centre-back and his spies are now camped out in Burnley to put together a file on the posh young defender.

Harwood-Bellis has seen a cut above the Championship and his passing range suits top-flight football.

The central defender joined the City Academy in 2008 at the tender age of six.

The defender rose through the ranks in 2019 as he started going through a string of loan stints.

The 20-year-old got his first experience at Blackburn, Anderlecht and Stoke before joining Burnley in July.

Harwood-Bellis has played eight senior games for City and scored a goal against Port Vale in the FA Cup two years ago.
