Comedian Kathy Griffin shared a TikTok in support of Madonna during her hospitalization.
“I don’t know what’s wrong with Madonna, I don’t know, but I love her and I want to defend her,” the actress began Video.
Kathy went on to say that she never met the superstar but did see him at concerts and that she gave the world “decades of music and entertainment.”
“I don’t like how people are already making fun of the fact that she’s obviously quite ill or broken down,” Kathy said.
“I’ll be honest, I think a lot of it is about ageism and misogyny. I’m sorry, but you know, as a 62-year-old girl, I deal with this all the time – and it’s driving Madonna crazy!”
She added, “So I don’t care about her fillers. They’ll go away whether she wants to or not.”
“I care about her health and I’m glad she can go on tour again. The tour is the biggest hit and it should be great.”
