A new documentary aired on German television claims that Christian B sent them several mocking letters dismissing the lawsuit against him.

Now, the producers of the bomb documentary say they have turned over their findings to authorities in Germany.

Speaking to The Sun, a spokesman for German prosecutor Hans-Christian Wolters confirmed that the SAT.1 document team delivered their documents when they arrived for an interview at the prosecutor’s office.

Christian B was named the prime suspect for Maddie’s disappearance nearly two years ago, with prosecutors even suspecting he murdered her.

Three-year-old Maddie disappeared from Kate and Gerry’s parents’ holiday apartment in Praia da Luz on Portugal’s Algarve coast in May 2007 and was never found.

But since then no progress has been made, with no indication that he has been charged in connection with the disappearance of Mr. Maddie.

Now in a series of letters sent to a German television station and aired on Monday night, Christian B has dismissed the lawsuit against him.

He wrote: “Even as efforts are now being made to create an astonishing overall picture of me with acquired witnesses, those are essential questions, questions that decision, will never be answered with ‘yes’.

“Was I or my vehicle clearly visible near the crime scene on the night of the crime? Was there a trace of my DNA at the crime scene?

“Is there any trace of the injured party’s DNA in my car? Are there any other aggrieved party traces in my possession? Image? And, don’t forget, are there dead bodies?

“The public propaganda against me has been going on (for almost a year and a half.) However, so far I have not been charged once myself.”

In another letter, Christian B said his kidnapping of the little girl was “absurd” as it would put his drug business at risk.

“I have never been caught by the police because I follow a few key principles,” he said.

“If possible, drive only during the day so my shabby ‘hippy bus’ doesn’t attract attention, only drive on the roads I need to, and most importantly, never provoke the police. close.

“That means no crime, certainly no kidnapping.

“Having said that, this seemed to me at the time as absurd as starting a nuclear war or slaughtering a chicken.”

He added: “I have no reason to comment on the allegations made by the Braunschweig prosecutor’s office. In theory, I could sit back and relax and just wait for the results.”

The letters were part of last night’s broadcast on German television on Saturday.

An earlier episode of Christian B has been revealed work as a repairman at the holiday apartments where she was snapped.

He is said to have been called “many times” to the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz and is “very familiar” with the layout.

Christian B is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence for raping a 72-year-old American woman in Praia da Luz a year before Madeleine disappeared.

He is also being investigated for a series of rapes and sexual assaults in the Algarve.

His lawyer Friedrich Fulscher previously told The Sun: “For almost two years this has continued – for the benefit of McCann and my client, the prosecutor’s office should tell what the evidence is. “

Fulscher declined to comment on whether the new document had been handed over to German prosecutors.
