M5 and A19 chips may be already under development

A recent post on the social media platform X shows that Apple is already working on the M5 and A19 chip.
An image shared by user @_orangera1n shows a list of chip tags used as identifiers for processors made by Apple. Among other things, one of the main uses of chip tags is to ensure that incompatible firmware is not transferred to certain hardware.

The source of the tags is not disclosed, but the list is believed to come from a generated script that enforces Apple chip ID checks through a server. The existence of possible codes for the M5 chip and the A19 chip is there, but no other information or specifications are available yet.
Apple typically spends a lot of time developing important products, and given the lead times between process and product launch, it’s no surprise that the Cupertino-based company is well ahead of chips currently on offer for Mac and iPhone models.
